Christmas eve candlelight services have always been part of our tradition… until we moved! Now we try to find a living nativity to attend each year.

I would have to say creating ornaments for our Jesse Tree or reading Christian Christmas books from our book tree. Here is a quick post I wrote about it in case anyone wants to try the same thing. http://totplay.blogspot.com/2012/12/christmas-traditions-25-days-to.html. My second favorite tradition is attending Christmas Eve church services with our friends. We always eat a tamale meal before services, view holiday lights at Emily’s Theater, and then chat into the wee hours. Christmas is one of my favorite holidays. Thank you for the opportunity to win awesome these resources.

My favorite activity is attending Christmas in the Gallery at church. Everyone who wishes to can play piano, sing, read a poem, perform a skit, or anything else. We share cookies and hot drinks and visit like family.

We love receiving Christmas cards and then we pray for the families throughout the coming year, picking 1 card a week. We try to write a note to let them know 🙂
