That. Kicked. My. Booty. I think I should take back some of the things I said about the previous workout. Very little in this one felt any easier! But I AM finally getting some of those bicycle crunches in before switching to regular crunches. This time I made it up to 20!
So here’s the rundown for Day 9:
Activity: The 30 Day Shred, Level 1
Activity Length: 20/25 minutes
Difficulty: A good old fashioned HARD workout. I wasn’t really feeling the endurance and energy this time. On the other hand, as things get easier, I also take the movements a little deeper, a little farther, a little longer.. therefore making them NOT easy again!
How I feel: I AM proud of myself for last longer on some of the exercises, but there is still a long way to go.
Tomorrow: Day 6 of the Shred, here I come!!
