What is subscribing?
Subscribing is a simple way to sign up for blog posts in your e-mail inbox. It’s like having a newspaper or magazine subscription delivered to your house so you don’t have to go to the store to get it yourself. The difference is, this is free!
Why should you subscribe?
Subscribing keeps you in the loop and lets me share things with you without being obnoxious or pushy. Subscribing makes it easier for you to follow along because you don’t have to visit the blog, the blog comes to you!
Bonus: You can easily share, like, and comment on posts through the email update, too! Find these links located at the bottom of each post.
Note: If you are unable to see images in your email updates, you may need to tell your email service (Google, Yahoo, etc,) to display the images.
How do you subscribe?
To subscribe to my blog, just enter your email in the form at the top of this page. It’s easy-peasy. You will receive a confirmation email and once you confirm your subscription, you will start receiving updates when they are posted. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any update.
What will we do with your e-mail address?
I value your privacy – your information will never be shared, sold or used against you by malicious, homeschooled miscreants!
Your email address will be stored in my subscribers list on Mail Chimp. MailChimp is a reputable and GDPR compliant mail delivery service. Every time I publish a new post, it will automatically be delivered by MailChimp to you and everyone else on the list. I also have the ability to write and send additional newsletters to my subscribers, though I don’t use that option at this time.
I will ONLY use your email subscription to automatically send you blog posts with the possibility of an occasional newsletter. I will not use your email address to send you advertisements or spam. I won’t misuse your email subscription–ever.
You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. At the bottom of every email you will find an unsubscribe link if you need it. If, at any time, my subscriber list on MailChimp has ever been compromised, we will let you immediately.
