A Classic Housewife in a Modern World

Seth is at it again, this time along with his now “famous” wife, Amber and together they’re stirring up the internet to not only a.) encourage even MORE mothers but also b.) generate support for Compassion International (one of their favorite ministries.)

One of the things they are doing to help spread the word is holding a giveway for a bag full of goodies – that is, a Penelope Parker original stuffed with a bound copy of the original Mother Letters.

As if they needed incentive to participate in such a thoughtful ministry to young mothers, who- take my word for it – need encouragement, like encouragement, LOVE encouragement. Cuz y’all… Motherhood can be HARD.

So what can you do?

• Write a Mother Letter!
• Make a pledge to CI for every letter written.
• Tell others.

Won’t you at least consider writing a letter? It only takes a small amount of your time. And believe me when I say, the act of writing an ecouraging letter to “young mothers everywhere” can be very rewarding and encouraging for yourself, too. And may I also just say, when you’re done writing your Mother Letter… sit back, read it, and take your own advice dear young mother.
