    I kicked major booty in a pilates/yoga class last night at the Y! I expected to wake up feeling half paralized, but I feel amazingly GREAT!

    i’ve lost 4 lbs, i’m walking everyday, i feel pretty good, and i just ate 4 milano cookies. blech! baby steps, right?
