		<description>I also wanted to echo that buying bottled water is not the best thing for the environment.  Even recycling them uses up energy, so like Amanda said, reusable bottles and filtered water (like Britta) are a better alternative.</description>

		<description>What a great thing to do for your family! We avoid MSG as well (along with HFCS and food dyes) but it is not easy. Often the label will just say &quot;seasoning&quot; and that will probably have MSG in it as well. Just wanted to add, you might want to check out some cute Sigg bottles for your family and then you can skip the recycling center all together and still have bottled water all the time. :)</description>

		<description>Oooh, this is hard to do.  I took it out of our diets a few years ago, and I was amazed at how MUCH of it there is.  It&#039;s in everything!  I had to actually learn how to cook, not just heat up stuff from a box.  LOL!</description>
